Khôi phục game Asphalt 8 trên Windows Phone 8.1 thế nào?

Nhưng em không biết làm thế nào để chuyển dữ liệu từ máy cũ sang máy mới Ngọc trinh. Em chơi Asphalt 8 lâu rồi, cũng được kha khá nên không muốn bỏ game.
